This is a statically linked (musl) build for 64-bit ARM Linux, with a reduced
feature set: apply, fetch, foreach, self_update, lens, color and synthesize.
luau, polars, geocode, viz, readstat and the other optional features are not
enabled.

It uses the system allocator instead of jemalloc, because tikv-jemalloc does
not build with the native ARM64 musl toolchain. qsvdp and qsvmcp are not
included.

The aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu prebuilt has the same feature set, but uses
jemalloc and is PGO-optimized, so prefer it if your system has glibc. To enable
the other features, compile qsv natively on this platform.
